This holiday season, treat yourself to an unforgettable private dining and wine pairing experience — a collaboration between Chef Sara and Chef & Sommelier Jimena Sibaja.
Enjoy a bespoke gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Sara, featuring the dishes of your choice, perfectly paired with exceptional wines hand-selected by Sommelier Jimena to enhance every flavor and course. Each pairing is carefully curated to create a seamless and memorable culinary journey.
Sommelier Jimena brings a world of expertise to your table. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, a Master’s in Wine and Beverage Management, and a Master’s in Sake from The Culinary Institute of America. With over five years of experience in the food and beverage industry, she is also the founder of Envinados, a respected wine and beverage importer based in San José, Costa Rica.
Your experience includes:
• A welcome drink to start the evening
• An appetizer, main course, and dessert, each paired with its corresponding wine
• A guided presentation by Sommelier Jimena on each wine and its tasting notes
• A presentation by Chef Sara on every dish and its ingredients
• All ingredients, service, transportation, and clean-up


This exclusive dining and wine pairing experience is available for an additional $40 per person, for a total of $125 per guest.
